Ian Rowe,

Ian Rowe is an Advisory Board member of the Social Capital Campaign, cofounder of Vertex Partnership Academies in the Bronx, and a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, where his work focuses on education, upward mobility, family structure, and adoption.

He previously served as CEO of Public Prep, worked at the Gates Foundation, MTV, the White House USA Freedom Corps, and Teach For America, and currently chairs the board of the adoption organization Spence-Chapin. His writing has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the New York Post, and the Washington Examiner.

Rowe holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in computer science engineering from Cornell University. He is the author of Agency, published by Templeton Press.
